Gungadin Technology is a private limited company, based in Nottinghamshire.
We are available for contract work both inside IR35 or outside in the United Kingdom.
We saw the requirement for Social Housing Sector companies need with project support. Be that help driving the project forward or supporting the companies staff to give them the free resource capacity to efficiency development their own implementation projects, retaining inhouse knowledge.
That is how our housing sector IT consultancy company was born, in August 2023.
We help Social Housing Sector companies of every size. Resolve their IT glitches and help them through bottlenecks in their development programmes. Providing resources to increase IT workload capacity with experience and guidance.

Background
“The company is named after my faithful and loyal black Labrador Gungadin. Who was by my side when I was a young boy, growing up in South Africa, KwaZulu-Natal in the 1980’s. My faithful Gungadin, alerted me to the dangers of snakes when I played in the wilderness. Gungadin was by my side during frightening thunderstorms and we both enjoyed swimming at the beach or in a swimming pool together.
Gungadin would always greet people with open warmth and affection with a happy waggy tail. These are the traits that I want in my company; Open; Friendly; Confident; Ethical Service and willing to go the extra mile to help clients.”- William Wiggins ‘Director’.
Film
Gunga Din the Film
Gunga Din is a 1939 Hollywood adventure film, loosely based on the 1890 poem of GungaDin by Rudyard Kipling. The Hollywood version is also combined with elements from Rudyard Kipling's 1888 'Soldiers three'.
In the film set in Colonial India, three British sergeants and Gunga Din their faithful native water bearer fend off the pass from the Thuggee a Indian Murder cult.
The United States Library of Congress in 1999 deemed the film to be "Culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant" and selected the film to be preserved in the National Film Registry.
The film made an impression on the William Wiggins and no doubt helped with the naming of his beloved dog.
